- Advertise & promote property on MLS and local media
- Procurement of qualified tenant
- Provide tenant screening through Accudata, Criminal & Civil records, and credit checks run on a national database
- Collect 1st month's rent and security deposit, draft 1 year lease agreement, and have it signed by all parties
- Collect rent payments on a monthly basis, process, and remit them to the property owner
- Handle all tenant relations including notices, payment collections, and all maintenance requests
- Refer any needed repairs to whomever the property owner prefers, or to contractors we recommend
