• Advertise & promote property on MLS and local media
  • Procurement of qualified tenant
  • Provide tenant screening through Accudata, Criminal & Civil records, and credit checks run on a national database
  • Collect 1st month's rent and security deposit, draft 1 year lease agreement, and have it signed by all parties
  • Collect rent payments on a monthly basis, process, and remit them to the property owner
  • Handle all tenant relations including notices, payment collections, and all maintenance requests
  • Refer any needed repairs to whomever the property owner prefers, or to contractors we recommend


  • Advertise & promote property on MLS, Loop Net, Total Commercial and
  • Procure & screen prospective tenants.
  • Administer lease prepared by owners attorney, or our attorney, per owners request
