Our Broker Richard Castret began his Real Estate career in Florida in 2001. For the 1st 2 years he worked as an Associate in another firm. In 2003 he partnered up with another Broker and they formed Advantage. In 2007 Mr. Castret acquired his Brokers license and then acquired full ownership of Advantage. With 18+ years of experience he has sold 100's of properties.
